Speakers Bureau and Lending Library
Through an informal Speakers Bureau , we are often able to connect UConn faculty and graduate students with teachers in local schools who are looking for guest speakers on particular topics related to Latin America and the Caribbean. Other ways the outreach center offers assistance to local schools is by allowing teachers to use its extensive lending library free of charge. The Lending Library has a comprehensive collection of resource options (including traditional media and multi-media) on a variety of topics that affect the region.
